From Richard Sapper's personal experience is born RS08 TODO, the giant cheese grater realised exclusively for Alessi. RS08 has a truncated conical shape and a particularly long body, which allows to grate more cheese than a classical grater. Its structure is entirely made of steel, except for the top part, which is made of wood, in order to ensure a better grip on the object. RS08 TODO is a kitchen tool very useful that, thanks to its elegant and distinctive design, is also a wonderful gift idea, which will surely be appreciated by those who love being in the kitchen.
